The European Educational Programme in Epidemiology (EEPE) Summer Course is continuing for its 33rd year in 2021. We will continue to run this as a Face-to-Face (F2F) residential three-week course. As before, weeks 1-2 will include general training in epidemiology and biostatistics, with all students attending the same sessions. Also as before, week 3 will involve choosing 2 (out of 8 available) specialised courses.
However, for the first time in 2021, you will also be able to do 1 or 2 week 3 courses online. This will be an ideal option for those who have done more general epidemiology training (including previously doing the EEPE course), but wish to have more specialised training in a particular topic. If you do a week 3 course online, these will run in ‘real time’ so you will participate in lectures and discussions online at the same time as the F2F students (some sessions may be also be recorded, but the focus is on doing the course in real time).
